The most common and generalized DiSC assessment will be the DiSC Workplace assessment. Although you can choose to buy other assessments such as Work of Leaders, some may be geared more towards management, teams, or executives.

Yes, you can purchase an assessment without purchasing a coaching session with one of our coaches. We recommend purchasing a coaching session to get the most out of your chosen assessment.
