Marcy is an HR and Learning and Development leader with a proven track record in strategic business partnership, organizational and leadership development, employee development, and employee relations, applied across multiple business areas. Marcy spent 26 years in a global fortune 500 company, in which she was responsible for leadership and employee development, the learning infrastructure, L&D for global services functions, and driving the development and implementation of the learning strategy for the enterprise. She also maintained an external focus serving on the executive committee for the Conference Board Council for Learning, Development, and Organization Performance.
Marcy received a BA in economics in 1986 from Brandeis University and an MBA in 1991 from the University of California at Berkeley. She has served on the board of directors for various not for profit organizations, and was an adjunct faculty member at the Kelley School of Business at IUPUI.
Marcy is known to be a “truth teller” with strong judgment and skills in strategic thinking, translating ambiguous concepts into actionable plans, and leadership coaching, she’s excited to be a part of The Strategy Forums helping leaders and teams explore their Everything DiSC styles in order to strengthen their impact and effectiveness.
